People have watched, listened with dismay and sometimes with consternation the charade unprofessional reportage of the above program on ARISE NEWS of a national television called Arise.

The constant serial tell-tales reeled out daily by the company of Dr, Rueben Abati and his minions could be best described as something unimaginable and uncalled for and you want to wonder and or left agape if they really have the full grasp of the topic in purview.

The speaker of the newly inaugurated house of assembly of Lagos state led by Kolawole Obasa had indicated the enactment of a law to put the state in proper perspective about the ethnic indigene and this on the heil of the recently concluded elections in the state where the NO MAN’s LAND mantra resonated and dominated the electioneering of the state.

The people of biafra had made it a sing song and an anthem whenever it suits them to lay claim to Lagos state and label it as belonging to nobody, indicating a reversing thought with the inference that it belongs to them. Most INSULTING to the sensibilities of the actual people and indigenes of the state.

The covetous biafraudulent elements of the East has however never point at and or tell the world where a No Man’s Land exist on planet earth.

It is always convenient for the Easterners to quote the section of the Nigerian constitution which stipulates that any and all Nigerians are entitled to live and reside anywhere in the country. Never did the section in discuss ever allocated the right of ownership or indigenization of such portion of sojourn to the tenant or guest.

Of reference would be Abuja, the federal capital territory which was carved out for the purpose of an appropriate situate of the government of the federation because of its central location within the country.

Of course, no such thing ever happened or could have happened to anybody outside Igboland on Igboland. They have never really fought the course of the Yoruba man and any member of any other ethnic nationality in the geopolitical space known as Nigeria.

THE Yoruba MAN BY NATURE AND OUTWARD MIEN IS HOSPITABLE AND WELCOMING. THE MOST COSMOPOLITAN IN Nigeria. THEREFORE, COULD BE REWARDED FOR HIS HOSPITALITY WITH THE INSULTING ANTHEM OF NO MAN’s LAND OVER HIS LAND.

The story of both gentlemen chief is a classic of the nature of the Yoruba person who welcomes visitors and whoever is not of their clan.

I am not aware that anybody who is not of the Igbo stock or extraction can go to Enugu and or any land in the East to lay claim to it and designate it as No Man’s Land. Not even Onitsha that is rightly Yoruba’s.

No part or any of the illogicality, expressions and postulations about the just concluded elections with all other subjects dwelled upon by the band of ignorant on Arise tv has not come to past, NONE. Not even any of their expressions has made it to any logical conclusion.

The Yoruba who rightly owns Lagos reserves every right mean and power to protect their heritage culture and customs from any form of threat from ravenous covetous irritants and or untoward. The bandits on Arise tv can cry to nowhere all they could and for whoever cares.

Why insult your host with the reward of a mentality of an ingrate and why tell your host that his land is no man’s?

The Lagos state house of assembly under the able leadership of speaker Dr. Kolawole Obasa is dead right on track with the state indigene bill for the statutes.
